What is the best weed you’ve smoked in the last month or two?
I’m looking for something that’s straight fire. Sativa preferred… But I’m open to anything that really knocked your socks off!!

First, decide where you actually *want* to work
(with nothing glaring against you that would make the choice ridiculous).
Good rule of thumb: Think of the line of work you’d like to do— then think of the very best place you can think of in that line of work and that’s probably your target!
(Ex. Choose the fancy steakhouse over the Denny’s!)
Write up your resume in a way that at the very LEAST you look like a good, upstanding, and at least somewhat educated human being.
Throw in some innocent little GEMS like:
“I’m always at least 10min early for my shifts,” “I didn’t even call in sick for school,” and “I am like a sponge for learning,”
You may not have direct experience, but at least you’re probably a good fella.
And know something about where you’re wanting to work at because that’s your WHY
(AKA- You want to work there because you think it’s the fanciest steakhouse in town so you’d be super proud to work at an establishment like that!)
Have that résumé with you but be prepared to say it all in person if they decide to interview you on the spot! Notice my wording? That’s because you’re gonna go there in person. It’s not daunting because you literally have one place to go… the one you want, and the place you’d be proud to work at!
Pro tips:
-Restaurants and bars are super easy for walk-in hires… Doesn’t really matter who you are but generally speaking, if you’re good-looking, you’ll be front end. If you look like a bozo, you’ll be backend.
-try and avoid large chains and white collar work unless you have the direct experience and track record to back it
-if all else fails, pick up a solid door-to-door job for the summer. They will almost always hire because it’s generally commission based. If you give it everything you’ve got, you will inevitably make sales and earn an income. It’s hard-core rejection therapy. But most importantly… having even a single summer of Door to Door sales experience on your résumé, opens up the entire world for you. And there’s no age or experience requirement. All they’re looking for is drive and your commitment to show up and do it .
