I train 5x a week and look like this, why????

As the title says I train 5x a week hitting each muscle twice a week whilst training to failure with 1 warmup set then 2 working sets. Also tracking all lifts and progressively overloading each week if possible. I track my calories to 2100 a day and I eat 170g protein and 250g carbs minimum daily. Why on earth am I seeing no progress and still in this skinny fat build despite consistent training for the past 10 months?.

All advice much appreciated

Major help needed, is there a style which will actually suit me??? 21M

I need help deciding which style will actually suit me, all I've done is experiment and have got nowhere. Please do not suggest growing it out, I've tried this before and it was a disaster (Evidence attached in last photo, never again!!!).

I currently get a haircut every 2 weeks with a low taper on the back and side

Need advice, should I eat at maintenance or in a deficit?

I'm 21, M, 178cm and 76kg last time I weighed. I feel like I have the "skinny fat" build and I'm not sure what the best move would be. All comments and advice are greatly appreciated 🙏.

I'm currently training 5x a week also

How can I fix my throw?

Basically I can't pull back without my wrist twisting by about 90⁰, any time I try to keep it straight I just freeze and can't release the dart.

Is this an issue with stance, grip or just the drawback itself?

When I throw with my left hand my wrist doesn't move whatsoever, maybe it is a physical injury to my wrist?

All comments appreciated
