I really can't afford SynthV 2 but I really need it! and since I'm broke I was wondering if I could get a basic version?

sorry but I'm keeping it short

On my school laptop (Windows btw) whenever I open an exe file it says, "This program was blocked by your administrator." and it does this to any and ALL exe files. the only ways I can install something is through a .MSIX (Like the .MSIX python installer) OR a MSI as long as it doesn't require admin privileges. Is there ANY way? I really need this for my music class. and if I can get vocaloid4. it would help me ALOT with my Music class. also it would give me something productive to do during free time. Please someone help. Is there a web port I could use like web SynthV? and it doesn't have to be Vocaloid, it could be SynthV, CeVIO (i have the installer file. and it opened it failed because it needed the admin stuff.) UTAU, OpenUTAU. I dont really care. just SOMETHING

The software is called Pythia! and it works like any other vocal synth. but there will be really cool original features that you don't see too often! It's a passion project right now. but may become a commercial app if it performs well.

I feel like most of the new voices sound the same. I'm not hating on the V5-V6 voices. I just feel like the new voices don't have the character and personality in their voices. like for me the old voices have much more appeal to me because (for example) flower has such a strong, powerful, androgynous voice. and YOHIOloid sounds very smooth, Kaai Yuki sounds very whispery. idk how i would describe Bruno, but there is something that makes each voice feel unique. and I feel like I don't see that in newer voices. is this just me or am I just a hater?

I'm about to buy synthv2 for my birthday and i was gonna buy the voicebank bundle, i planned on getting Kevin, but if there is a ROSE 2 voice im def getting that, but i didnt see one on the bundle voice selector?

So i lost my old reddit account... so i got to post on this one. and I just recorded and oto'd Neo V3! time to do V4 next!
