Help Deciding on Camera (5D Mark 3/4)

Hey everyone last year I was considering an r8 + lenses, decided it was too expensive at the time so I went with upgrading to iPhone 17 pro max. It takes incredible photography and video of my world traveling at a major convenience. I was told about the awesome opportunity of cheap ef glass when originally looking.
I’m back to having an itch of wanting a camera for my traveling and photography hobby that looks really high quality and professional on a budget.
Would the eos 5D mark 3 paired with two lens combo 24-105mm F/4 L Is usm and 50mm f1.8 stm give me a great beginner level full sensor pro grade camera setup or is it a bad idea since I have the iPhone already?
I mean the iPhone has better photo resolution and definitely better video capability, but obviously more limited in zoom, small sensor size, and low light. Despite that the iPhone 17 pro max takes professional looking photos in most situations imo. And I know the mark 3 + lenses would be hefty for travel. I want something that would take very crisp photos.
Any advice would be appreciated, the price difference between mark 3/4 being $340+ does not seem worth the improvements especially since video will be done on iPhone. Mainly look for great photography camera that doesn’t break the bank and allows me to use ef glass.
All in I would only be about $850 for refurbished mark 3 + those two lenses, seems like good value to me but am worried my phone will end up looking better after all the trouble 🫠 I am traveling many countries for four months a year so I would love to have a good camera that can well document and show for this, thank you very much for any help 😁🙏
Also will add they have been tested, refurbished, and warrantied for a year if I buy them
