[Rupert Lowe] Restaurants. Petrol stations. Taxis. Supermarkets. Anyone using their eyes can see that we have imported millions of young foreign men to fill low-skilled jobs that should be filled by young British men and women.

Why are more vape shops being added to the town center?

I was walking around town center this recent morning and noticed like 5-6 vape /sweet shops and then this new barber shop next to Cafe Nero.

Is there that much demand?

What exactly is happening here? Feels like town center slowly eroding to waste

The backstory to that takeaway: Delivery riders apparently working for big brands like Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats live in shanty towns for the homeless where they don't even have access to running water

My issue with restore - they don't want to help foreign people in genuine danger

I have historically always voted labour but i feel more compelled by restores message in most parts.

But why shouldnt The country assist people in genuine danger? Such like how Ukraine was supported. And I'm sure many of them will want to go back to Ukraine when its safe.

But other countries seem to be taking advantage of current UK asylum system and Rupert thinks stopping it a together is the fix? That doesn't sit right with me as we should help people in genuine trouble.

Has Rupert spoke about how he plans to help genuine cases? This topic stops me from going all in with restore.

Would love for others to challenge my thought process here.

Single flat/homeowners - how often do you clean your home without feeling overwhelmed?

I've been living alone for a year now on a one bed flat and cleaning feels so overwhelming. Feels like im aleays cleaning. Like it's OK when I get into but it can take some hours. It just feels like I'm endlessly cleaning. Cleaning bathroom. Wiping the floors. Hoovering. Washing dishes, cleaning my bedroom, changing the bedding. cooking, cleaning again. I'm happy to have my own place but my gosh...its alot of work. I'm cooked by the end of it and wondering when I have time for me.

I don't want a cleaner for financial purposes but how can I make it feel less overwhelming?

Haven't changed strings since I bought guitar In 2019 lol. Time to change but no idea what strings to buy off Amazon

There's loads of options. Medium light, soft 80/20, extra light 80/20. What do I get for my acoustic guitar?

Edit: Acoustic guitar. Ferndale GA2-CE-N.

[Andy Burnham] Vape shops. Betting shops. Dodgy businesses. If you look at your high street these days and think ‘who asked for this?’, you’re not alone. I’m doing something about it. We’re giving local people and councils more control over what opens, and tougher powers to crack down on businesses

[Rupert Lowe] Removing foreign nationals from social housing is not enough. If they can’t financially support themselves and are therefore forced to rely on the British taxpayer, they should be removed from the country. That’s the Restore Britain position, and has been since day one.

Shabana Mahmood: It is an honour to remain as Home Secretary in @andyburnham’s Cabinet. I may be biased, but it's the best job in the business. We have begun the work of major reform, to make our streets safer and our immigration system fair for all. Now let’s finish the job
