Circles on wood counter

My landlord is doing an inspection to renew my lease and he’s an ahole that wants everything in perfect condition to renew (literally threw a fit about renewing last year because I had a stack of papers on my desk, but my rent is cheap so you get what you get) and he really cares about his countertops. I am trying super hard to get these circles off these countertops and I just don’t know how. The counters are wood, but honestly I’m not sure if it’s sealed at all or sealed correctly because if it gets wet it immediately adsorbs into the wood. Im unsure on how to tell though. I have no idea what the stains are from, I assume it’s water though. I use purple fabuloso to clean the counters because I’m allergic to most cleaning products. I also tried a hardwood cleaner that was target brand and it didn’t work. While I’m allergic to most cleaners I’ll just use gloves and mask for any recommendations except ammonia!! Please nothing with ammonia

Not Eating Dry food; but Eating Wet Food

Main info: I’m 22m from the United States and my cat is 6f and she is a spayed indoor half Persian. I am a broke college student so the vet is a last resort for me. The main issue is my cat stopped eating her dry food, but is eating her wet food.

My cat has been on purina one indoor advantage since I adopted her (at one year old) and she’s loved it. She started not eating much dry food lately. So I decided to switch her and got her what the local pet store recommended, Nulu indoor cat. I also got her an array of wet food, which she’s never had before. She ate the nulu for a little bit, and then stopped. Every single wet food can I give her she gobbles up in seconds though. Only wants to eat wet food, but I can not afford only wet food. Her willingness to eat the wet food makes me feel like she isn’t sick, and just doesn’t like the dry food. I haven’t been giving her enough wet food either that she would be full.

I wondered if the thing her food is in was bothering her whiskers, so I put it on a flat plate; which worked for a little bit and then she refused to eat it again. Then I wondered if it was her teeth bothering her so I put the dry food in water and mushed it up, which worked for a few days and then she refused to eat it again. Thennn I wondered if she was just lonely so I started watching her eat; which worked for a little bit and then she refused to eat again.

My cat was a stray so she is missing two of her big teeth. However she was brought to the vet three months prior for itchy ears (which is all cleared up now) and they did a full check up on her and said that her teeth and gums were very healthy besides having to much tartar. We started giving her greenies immediately after to help with this.

I know Persians tend to have digestive issues, she would throw up about once a week before this issue, but her face is not smushed at all so I didn’t think she would experience the pickiness they have too. Where can I go from here to get her to eat something? Do you think she’s sick or just picky?

Being Stealth; What did you tell people you were doing instead of recovering from top surgery?

I need to tell people at work why I’ll be gone for 3 weeks to recover. My boss knows and keeps it a secret, but I don’t want everyone else to know. My work friends are too nosey too and will ask for months if I don’t give a reason. What excuse did you give if you’re stealth?

Am I understanding collections correctly?

I went to community college for like 2 semesters and then dropped out because I couldn’t afford to stay in it. I owed 650$ to the school after aid which I never paid and it got sent to collections. It’s been a few years and now I can afford to finally go to school. The school said they can send me the transcripts without paying. When I called the collections office they refused to do a pay to delete. After looking online it seems like having paid off collections debt and open collections debt affects your credit score the same. Since my credit score will be the same, the collections mark will stay the same, and I can get my transcripts; is there really any reason for me to pay collections? Will the debt just disappear after 7 years? I know there is a risk of them suing me but is it super likely over 650$ from 3 years ago?

Food Stuck on Eye

About three days ago my gecko fell into his Pangea and got some on his eye, I just assumed he would lick it off but he did not. I tried to mist him lightly to get it off yesterday, but that didn’t work. What should I do to get it off?
