What did you quit doing at work because you didn’t feel appreciated?

I volunteered for additional duties whenever they were needed. I thought my efforts to help would be acknowledged one day.

Later I realized the extra effort wasn’t really being acknowledged. It had just become something people expected from me.

I’m more selective about saying yes to everything now.

What’s something you used to do at work that you eventually decided wasn’t worth the extra effort?

Why do certain jobs make you feel guilty about taking a day off?

You can always be on time, do your work, and never need help. But when you ask for a day off, it feels like you're letting everyone down.

I believe employees shouldn’t feel guilty about taking time off. It should be a normal part of having a job.

Ever worked in a place where a day off was a big deal?

What made rucking a habit and not just another workout?

When I began, I thought motivation would carry me through. That wasn't enough. What really helped was making rucking part of my normal routine instead of treating it like a big workout. It slowly became something I looked forward to instead of something I had to force myself to do.

What made rucking become part of your routine?

Do you prefer rucking on mountain trails or regular roads?

I like both but they are totally different.

Mountain trails are more difficult, and every step counts. Normal roads are easier to plan for and it’s easier to get into a rhythm.

If you could only have one, which one would you choose and why?

Do you ever find time to work out during a busy work week?

I always tell myself I will workout after work

By the time I usually get home I'm hungry and tired and just want to sit down for a while. Then before I know it the day is over and I tell myself I will start tomorrow

I wonder how other people do it with a full time job

Do you have a routine that keeps you active or just fit it in whenever you can?
