I would like to ask po if totoo po kapag ang OLA is nagsabi na under investigation or sampa ng kaso laban sa akin? Am I really going to jail for overdue loans?

I am doing my best to find the money to pay them po but rn I cant cause I have health issues and I don’t have a job rn. I am really worried and they are stressing me out. Some OLA also threatened me like shoot to kill me and my family. I am doing my best para makabawas sa utang but every time pataas din ng pataas yung utang and sobra yung takot ko to the point that I am getting afraid na lumabas.

Please give me some advice on how I can handle them or kahit kung saan nalang po ito irereport, kahit email for government or any law connected for this.

Nangailangan kasi ako ng pera and they offered me a 50k loan but before ko makuha yung loan kailangan ko daw magbayad ng first 2 months which is 4378 then I dont need to worry daw kasi 54,378 daw ang ma wwithdraw ko, so i paid then pagkabayad ko naka 3 refresh na ako then 50k lang then pag withdraw ko tsaka lumabas yung 4378 tas sa 50k ang nakalagay is Withdraw Invalid Balance, now kailangan ko magbayad ng 15k para lang makakuha ng nee OTP. Is this a scam po? please answer guys badly needed a money kasi.

Yang mga nasa pic yung interface nila, and una sa fb ko sila nakita Lendquick PH yung business page nila then lumipat ng convo sa Telegram. Is this a LOAN SCAM?
