Just started a job at a liquor store. What do I need to know?

Just finished my second shift, it’s been easy to push the stuff I know(beer, vodka, and chasers) But there’s so much I’m noticing I have no knowledge in. What do you expect of your clerk when you go to a liquor store?

I’m moving soon and I want some of those awesome colorful totes to use. I feel like 2 or 3 per shift is a safe amount. I know Amazon tosses hundreds weekly so I don’t feel bad about it but I don’t wanna cause suspicion. Anyone else ever do this?
