Currently, I have 37k astrites, 37 radiant tide and, 48 forging tides. I am thinking of going two routes, pull yangyang atleast s0r1 and also pull suisui s0r0 with my savings. Or I could skip suisui, use rebecca, and have more pulls to invest towards yangyang instead. Which is better?

These are my current resonators, my question is about hiyuki, I sadly missed her banner so now I am grinding for her rerun, i pulled s0r0 chisa, and everyone seems to agree that Lucilla is hiyuki's bis. I have about 21k astrites, 32 radiant tides and 42 forging tides that i grinded since i came back 3 weeks ago, I am wondering if i should either invest in Lucilla's sig or if those pulls would be better used to vertically invest in hiyuki?

My other question, should i save the dreamcatcher tides? Or are they useless once the collab banners end? I have no idea if to spend them or save them because I have no interest in the cyberpunk characters at all. But if they are useless once the collab banners end then I might as well spend them, but on which character? Which one might be a little bit of use for my account?
I came back to the game about 3 weeks ago when hiyuki's banner was about to end, and ive decided to save up for hiyuki's rerun because I love her animations, but i have a question, is it a good idea to pull for Chisa? I've heard that she is currently bis for hiyuki, but at the same time, im afraid that chisa might eventually be replaced in hiyuki's team and that i wasted pulls to even get chisa. There is 2 days left in ber banner and ive amassed about 135 pulls in the last 3 weeks, i cant decide between pulling for chisa or keep saving for hiyuki and lucilla. I have one other team and it is phrolova, cantarella, and shorekeeper, so i would really like to invest in another team. I could use some guidance
I started playing a couple days ago, and im currently getting caught up in quests, and i am currently saving up with no idea of who I might pull yet, but i really like Hiyuki after doing the quests so most likely I will pull her, but i have a couple questions, when is her next rerun? (Im going to assume 3 to 4 patches from now) but is she still worth pulling after it had been a couple months since she came out?(i dont know of the game has powercreep),Is it a good idea to invest in Hiyuki and her team after a couple months of her release? or should I just save for 4.x? (I have one decent team and its phrolova, cantarella, and shorekeeper) so I am trying to invest into another team
This is probably a stupid question but I dont have a good understanding of how elation works, I have a decent amount of pulls and i have sparxie, yao guang, and sw999 all at e0s1, everyone says her e1 is very good, what exactly does the 20 punchline do that helps the team? Or is it the def shred? Im also concerned if she might get replaced in the future and i already would have invested so much into her..
