How do i build her and what should her speed be??

Please bear with me I know this question is asked a lot but.. i see so many different sets and planars its confusing.. some say genius, scholar, Duke, even diviner. And for planar some say penacony, city, or tengoku.. for info my team would be e1s1 archer, e0s1 rin, e0s0 sparkle on ddds3, and e0s1 huohuo.

My yangyang has extra 30% from absolutely nowhere

Out of combat her er is at 160%, but my build only shows that she gets 30% er so she should have 130%. My team is just her and chisa on moonlit clouds rn just for fun and exploring, can anyone help me pinpoint where the extra 30% energy regen is from?

Archers bis team and how to build him? (4.4)

So these are my characters, and archer has just been collecting dust for a year now i would like to put him to use. What is his bis team? Since its been a long time since he released it think it is different now? I heard rin is now a part of his bis so if thats the case then i will pull for her. Also I am building him from scratch. I am conflicted between tengoku or rutilant for his planars and debating if I should build him on scholars because its way more efficient for me. I read the guide in this sub and know what I should aim for in his build crit and atm wise, but is there any spd breakpoint for him? And his bis team?

So these are my current characters and light cones, right now i am just waiting on elation sustain to complete my elation team, but i heard that this rin chatacter is actually bis for archer? I can grab e1s1 archer for free, and i also have sparkle and huohuo, i can make another team by pulling rin so is it worth it? Also is her lc worth it?
