HELP!!!! in need of some advice

I recently gave neet and am waiting for the counselling results. I didn’t get a very good rank so i’m mainly looking at private veterinary colleges.
One of my counsellors suggested that if i wanna move to Europe long term why not do my undergrad degree from a country such as Bulgaria or Romania which are DVM recognised but admissions for this year have closed.
My question is should i join an Indian veterinary college or should i take a risk and apply next year may to European countries.
I checked the minimum requirements and i long surpass them but you never know.
SUGGESTIONS???

Studying veterinary in europe

i’m an Indian student who just gave their neet exam. I’ve always wanted to move abroad. Now admissions are closed in most if the european countries except moldova and bulgaria which are also budget friendly. Is it worth going to these countries for undergrad or should i pursue veterinary sciences in India?
