The signal will disconnect, then whenever I open my messages app, it puts this message in front of my texting bar. I can still receive messages perfectly fine. There is no actual issue with my signal, as another phone right next to me will have full bars. I restart my phone, and the problem is gone. But, it keeps coming back. Any ideas?
