A lot of homeless people doing drugs in the open and throwing needles on the floo; I’ve seen like 20 doing this. Wtf could be done because this is unacceptable

Especially Arabian origins (Specifically Jordan) with foreign passports.

My friend is a Canadian citizen and is currently waiting for his work visa to come to Kuwait. The company that wants to hire him applied for the no objection letter/work visa 3-4weeks ago, and HR is telling him that the application is still pending. Is this period considered normal? Or is there a problem with the ministry?
