Considering HCH to Compliment VCH

I have a VCH piercing and am thinking about getting an HCH as well. A piercer told me I have the anatomy that's suitable for this combo, and that the HCH would be purely ornamental.

I assume the piercing and healing experience will be fairly similar to my VCH, but I'd love to hear from people who have an HCH.

Is there anything specific I should know before getting an HCH? I'm also curious what type of jewelry you were initially pierced with and whether you ended up changing it later

Also, opinions on the VCH/HCH combo are welcome too!

Crochet Berenstain Bears?

attempt #1 at crocheting a berenstain bear doll. I know I’ll need to fix the eyes and should add a white accent to the nose. I’m not used to designing my own crochet items and would appreciate any feedback!
