I love this bag so much the coach stadium swinger bag in red. Obviously I had to customize mine for my team 😍 does anyone have this bag for sports or concerts?? It’s perfect and I don’t have to stand in the bag check line.

I just got this bag and two of my crystals have fallen off already. I’ve contacted coach and they said to bring it into the store, the wait time is 6-9 weeks. Should I just try and glue it on myself if this is going to be a constant problem. Because it fell off on the first time I brought it out… or was mine a factory defect and it was not supposed to fall off that soon? Please let me know I’m so upset I just got this bag and now I can’t look at it the same. :(
