Can spiro kill your sex drive FOREVER?

I know loss of libido is a side effect of this drug, but I didn’t realize that meant possibly longterm?

Two years ago, I took this medication for a brief few months and ever since then I have not felt any sex drive nor anything from my libido. For context, prior to this medication, I was so hypersexual I was literally diagnosed with it. I’ve gone from feeling everything all the time, to having absolutely NO desire ever? Drier than a Sahara desert. It gave me a rocking body but I didn’t realize it would cost this.

I’ve had my bloodwork done, I’ve seen a gynae. All she did was brush it off and tell me it was psychological and impossible to still have side effects at this point?

Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there any way to fix this? I’m genuinely so frustrated :(

Do you have to wash your hair everyday?

My washing is every other day. I usually wash my hair in the evening, and it’s good to go for the next day. But after that, my scalp always looks like an oily mess.

Now with uni, I have to go out quite often, which means it’ll essentially be oily at the end of everyday. And, I’m worried about the damage washing it daily might do. I hate dry shampoo, so my only choice is to wash it everyday now. I’d love some insight from those of you who do this. Do you wash it the morning of? The night? How does it dry before bed?

I hate going to sleep without showering, so I don’t know how to fit this into my routine.

First time buying from OY- what do we think of my cart? :)

https://imgur.com/a/39HRKw7

Hair Concerns; I wash my hair pretty often, and use a blowdryer without heat protectant… Looking to avoid split ends and keep my hair nourished! I’ve heard that UNOVE & oil are very popular! I have every western oil/heat protectant brand but, don’t really like them…

Skin concerns; Sensitive, super dry acne prone skin. I’d like to brighten my face, hydrate it and get rid of my blackheads! I have very large pores. I’m getting back into makeup so, I’ve heard cleansing milk > micellar water.

(I already stocked up on a lot of Aestura 345 cream and also love the Dr.Althea 345 mist as a last step recently! I also use Mugwort Essence but, someone recommended S.Nature to try! Much more affordable, but I’ve never heard of it!)

Any thoughts or feedback on my cart are appreciated! Anything I should take out and replace? 🩷

Did any of you buy shoes during your trip? Salomon, ASICS, etc?

I’ve been meaning to buy walking/hiking/trailing shoes for a while now. These brands are usually upwards of 300$ in Canada. They’re significantly cheaper in Japan! Salomon’s have Tokyo exclusive colorways that are really cool :) I’m debating buying some!

I was curious if any of you brought back some shoes- if so, which ones? Would also love the store recommendations where you bought them since I’ll be getting them in Tokyo! 🩷

My budget is to just buy one pair to rule them all. Preferably less than 200$ if I can find some! I’d love some advice and feedback x

Which sunscreen did you stock up on during your trip?

Prices for most Japanese & Korean sunscreens are way higher than when you visit on a trip. I love seeing those huge haul posts of what people & their holy grails!

I bought a few from Stylevana (fragrance-free, acne-prone and sensitive skin safe) I’m hoping to test out before the trip, so I know what’s best to buy! Though for how little I bought, it was still ~100$! (added a pic in the comments)

What sunscreen did you bring back in bulk?
