Healdsburg Dental Spa is run by Scientologists

Yesterday I went in for a job interview for a receptionist position at Healdsburg Dental Spa. They asked me to come in a 7:30pm, which I guess should have been my first red flag. But their website seemed pretty normal so I went. There were already three other young women (around my age) in the office. I was very confused because they did not tell me this was going to be a group interview. Upon arriving I was given a packet of paper work to fill out. The first page asked me to agree to the principals of L Ron Hubbard and the church of Scientology. I immediately set the paper work down and walked out, because screw that! Looking back I now feel guilty that I did make more of scene and tell the other applicants they should leave, but also I just wanted to gtf out of there.

Upon doing more research into the clinic it seems that on top of being a Scientologist Dr. Maxine Tran and Healdsburg Dental Spa are massive scammers. My mom told me that a family friend had majorly botched dental work there and was refused a refund. Many of their online yelp reviews seem to backup this claim. I would love to know if anyone has been to this dental clinic and what their experience was? I'm just pretty baffled by all of it.

Children at Backrooms Screenings

I went to go see Backrooms last night. The movie itself was amazing, but I had one major issue with my theater experience. There were about ten elementary to middle school aged boys in the theater. This was a 9:30 pm showing so I was shocked there were any children there to begin with. The kids were extremely disruptive, yelling and making meme references the entire runtime. There parents did nothing to stop this behavior. My friend also saw Backrooms on the same night in a theater three hours away, and she had a similar experience.
Because of its internet notoriety many children are aware of/interested in the Backrooms. I don’t want to be that guy, but this is not a movie made for children. It’s an R rated horror movie. But it seems like parents are treating it like a FNAF or Minecraft movie. Has anyone else experienced this at their screening?

I will be openly weeping in that theater!

I am so unbelievably excited to see the movie on the big screen. This is a story that means so much to be and I just know I’m gonna cry like a baby.
