How much pressure is needed to leave a shoe tread bruise on skin?

Hi everyone 👋🏻

A bit of a random question but my daughter had an incident at school today where another child stomped (seemingly purposefully) on her hand to the extent she ended up with some small cuts to her fingers and a bruise on the back of her hand where the tread of the other child’s trainer is visible in the bruise.

I watch a lot of forensics type shows and I seem to recall that leaving a shoe print as a bruise requires a fair bit of force?

I want to approach the school about it as I don’t feel it’s been handled appropriately but I’d like to be accurately informed first, as the other child says it was an accident.

ETA: To clarify, I just wanted to know for when I approach school that it isn’t something that could occur with very minimal contact.

I don’t want the other child to get in trouble. I just thought police officers would obviously have experience with assault type stuff and so know what common type injuries are, I don’t know if that makes sense!

I’ll add this to my OP.

Who do you follow for pale make up and/or skincare recommendations?

I’m still doing my make up the same was I was taught aged 16 back in 2005 and I really want to get more confident with liquid products and just be more up to date but don’t know where to start!

TLDR: best quick to use products that don’t require water/rinsing?

I’m disabled and have multiple conditions that cause severe fatigue. I really want to take care of my skin better as I’m getting older (36 now) but I don’t have energy for lots of steps and some days I don’t even have the energy to stand and wash with water etc.

For this reason I love products that are easy to use and can just be applied with a cotton pad etc.

I’ve been extra unwell recently and slipped on skincare entirely, so I have a lot of dry/dead skin and some blackheads.

My current night routine (when possible):

Micellar water

Body shop camomile cleansing balm

Skin + Me Daily doser (tretinoin, azelaic acid, niacinamide)

Inkey List HA serum

I also use the body shop edelweiss peel once a week!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a toner, simple moisturiser, eye cream etc, any other low energy products for bad days/building a morning routine?

Thank you! ☺️
