On wifi hotspot from my phone. Netflix app from my phone works fine. Tried switching between 5G/LTE no difference. Tried rebooting the car and it doesn’t work either.
Model Y Legacy. HW4. Canada. No premium connectivity.

It’s 2026. Does TELUS still throttle streaming?
Had a terrible experience with bell and looking for a new provider. Can’t find recent data about Telus throttling HD Streaming to 480/720P SD.
If they do, does anyone know any carriers that don’t? (Preferably the big 3)
