my entire urgent care shift consisted of being asked for antibiotics. I saw 40 patients today. even had mom bring her 1 year old come with viral exanthem adamant that she needed antibiotics because her parents said so. then mom of a teen with mono asking for antibiotics. patients come complaining primary didn’t prescribe so now they are at urgent care. What’s your best line to comfort these moms and grandmoms

i want to lower my cymbalta dose. I am on 60 mg but experiencing so much sweating at random intervals. it’s almost unbearable. I tried for a couple days to lower to 40 but the ruminating thoughts were out of this world 😭😭😭 . I am scared. Also feel like i have no room to really find what’s right for me since i work in health care and need to be on 5 days a week.

EDIT: I guess i never posed the question. Does anyone have any suggestions..? I feel stuck
