King Street Post Office in Boone

Mailed a prepaid package from the King Street Post Office in Boone 10 days ago. The recipient said that the post office never scanned it in, so they won't receive it because the post office never sent it. I do not have a tracking number as the post office said I didn't need anything since it was prepaid. What could have happened to my package?

Need Advice Help

Hi, I have a listing agent who I asked to remove a single photo that does not accurately show my house. It is a rendering of the yard which gives buyers the wrong idea of how much is actually in the yard. He said he won't remove it. It's my house, do I have a say or does he have all the power. All he does is say how much he has invested in the house, his time, his money. He had photos taken and posted on MLS that's it. Do i need to contact the real estate commission as his broker in charge does not respond to phone calls or emails. I can't think how else to reach the BIC. We listed at the agents price, lowered the price where he wanted it.

Update: BIC removed it herself, but only after saying how no one complains about her agent and how wonderful he is. I find it hard to believe he can be like this with only us. I figured they are good friends.

Listing Agent Issue Need Advice

Hi, I asked my listing agent to remove a rendering of our backyard that does not reflect it, I prefer to only have the actual backyard shown in photos. I have said nothing about indoor renderings as I don't have an issue with his Chatgpt renderings. He said he will not remove this photo as he has time and money invested and that photo is what brings them in. I disagree and feel it is misleading and is why I am not receiving any offers on this beautiful home. He acts like we have no say. Do I have a say in my own listing? What should I do, I've never had a situation like this before.
