Wanna try a Naruto game but idk which one to buy, I’d like it to have a nice story but multiplayer is what I really care abt

pls help i’ve never played one of these games

idk if any of this matters but in very freaked out, I couldn’t sleep last night until it was like 7am, but I woke up like 3 hours later, right agter waking up I scratched inside my nose and I had some dried up blood, I didn’t really care but then I went to the bathroom and spat out what I thought was mucus only to find see its bright red blood mixed with mucus not tiny specks just blood and mucus I spat again cause I was scared and it was clear but like 5 min later I felt like i had more mucus and same thing
again

the nosebleed didn’t run down my nose so did it go down my throat?? is that possible?? it was quite a lot of blood and im scared

im so scared, its coming to Tenerife in a few days, where im staying!!! and I can’t help but think about the worse possible outcome, what should I even do, do I lock myself in my room for the next couple weeks 😭😭

please help I’ve been looking nonstop
