Favorite nightmare time episode?

I just finished watching all the nightmare time episodes for the first time (yeah yeah I'm late to the party I know).

I thought they were great and a fun little look at more of the Hatchetfield universe. My favorite episode is tied between Abstinence Camp (I love Steph and Pete) or Watcher World.

What did y'all think of nightmare time? Which episode did you like best?

"You sound like you just need to up your Lexapro"

I have suspected I may have ADHD for a while now, and only recently decided to get tested/evaluated.

My appointment was yesterday. The psychiatrist I talked to seemed nice enough. I didn't really know what to expect, but I feel kinda underwhelmed by what he told me.

I have been on Lexapro for about 3 years that my PCP has prescribed. It has been life changing for me. I feel so much better and it's helped me loads with my depression. Lately though I've wondered if I could be doing better.

I've struggled with staying focused since I was a kid, and my roommate who also has ADHD has said she's noticed I have symptoms (forgetfulness, extremely cluttered and disorganized, etc.) and encouraged me to get diagnosed. As for what I have noticed, I still overthink often, I get overemotional over things I know shouldn't matter, generally feel my feelings more intensely (or at least it feels like it), and I have a lot of difficulty motivating myself to do tasks. Mentally I want to know I should do things like clean, shower, cook dinner, etc, but a lot of the time I physically cannot bring myself to do it.

Well at the end of my appointment, the psychiatrist said he doesn't sound like I have ADHD and that it sounds like I'm not managing my anxiety as well as I could be. He said he would advise upping my Lexapro from 10mg to 20. This didn't really sound right to me and I told him I wasn't sure that would make much of a difference and I'm hesitant to change the Lexapro. He said for now we are going to leave it alone and he gave me an eval to give to "people who know you best" to get an outside perspective and then come back next week with results from the eval.

I told this to my roommate and she was confused and also disagreed that it would do anything. She is also on Lexapro and her psychiatrist has never seen a need to adjust it.

I just wanna see if there's anyone here who's had a similar experience as me. Have you ever felt dismissed or like you're overreacting? Has a Lexapro increase made a difference for you?

Need songs to add to my WFH playlist

Already have a playlist in process, but always open to new recs. Start working from home tomorrow so hit me with your favorite songs you listen to when you WFH. Ideally something softer/acoustic.
