Guys maybe my soul mate was ab*rted

I really want to pray and get better at my prayers but it’s so hard sometimes what should I do?

Is it a bad thing that I don’t think I’ll ever forgive this person, or that I don’t plan to, after the horrible things they did to me?

Can you guys please pray for me? I just want to get better at my prayers, but my iman feels really low.

I honestly wish that when we are on our cycle, we could get a break from school ,work and everything because of the amount of pain we go through a lot
