Tier 1 Financial (final expense & mortgage protection life insurance) is hiring appointment setters.

What you do: Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with prospects through SMS, with the goal of booking them onto our agents’ calendars via CRM.

Pay:
10% commission (up to $100) on every deal closed from an appointment you booked.
$50 bonus every 3 of your booked appointments that close.
Paid every Friday, direct deposit.

Volume: Hundreds-thousands of leads/week. Set 4-6 appointments/day once ramped up.

Hours: 40 hours/week minimum, scheduled within 8am-7pm in the lead’s time zone (mostly CST/EST, some Hawaii). Want to work more and earn more? No cap, pick up extra hours anytime as much as you’d like.

Who this is for: Self-starters who want to run this like their own business. The more you book, the more you make.
