I promise you this isnt one of those "I got banned for no reason" posts haha!

I am in fact not banned nor do I plan on ever being in this boat.

After 4 years of consistently working on my channel, I can say I am in a position where I make significant income with my channel

There is one or two policies in Youtube's ban system that make me feel uneasy whenever I think about them though:

YouTube can, and will, ban all your associated YouTube accounts if your account happens to ever have used the IP address of a channel that did indeed get banned.

That means if I go on holiday in a hotel, use that Wi-Fi, and a random other hotel guest happens to get banned on their YouTube channel by coincidence right there in this hotel, with this IP address, then per YouTube's logic, my YouTube channel, if I logged in there once, will be banned for association and/ or ban circumvention

The ban circumvention honestly is particularly nasty. I dont want it to be in place for crypto scammers, content fraud / stealing, or any other severe offense.

But someone who happens to make a tiny mistake, and did that mistake a few times, can be enough to be banned for life. And he will never get a second chance on another channel to do better. He literally had to get an entirely new IRL identity, become a new legal person, to give it another go.

In the end, I love my new job here at YouTube, but man am I glad I have a back up job if need be.

People will now say "thats why I store all my videos offline too". Great, but where will you post? On rumble or something where you dont even get 1% of the views? There is no alternative to YouTube.

The only hope if this ever wrongfully happened to us is a legal lawyer letter, and even then chances are slim to succeed. But people had success.

Im sure you know what i mean, the subtitles that pop with every word you say.

I heard that for once, gamefreak managed to make an Elite 4 that is at least as tough as the Elite 4 in Platinum / Diamond and Pearl

I heard that they are in the DLC for this game

Tell me thats true and I WILL BUY THIS GAME. Its the last thing I need to convince me

The UI and all is perfectly normal, bright as day.

However, once I start a movie, no matter which, its like its on 10% brightness.

I can confirm my TV is not the issue because I have 2 TVs and it happens on both of them. All other apps, games, netflix etc is perfeclty normal too. It is some issue with the app itself.

TVs: LG C2 42 Inch OLED, LG C4 42 Inch OLED

erstens mal, nein ich bin nicht weiblich. Wer darauf hier gehofft hat, kann gleich weitersuchen gehen :D

Ich würde mich sehr über Nachrichten von Leuten aus Österreich freuen, die tatsächlich an Kontakt interessiert sind, und nicht die Konversationen nach paar Nachrichten aussterben lassen.

Weiters wäre es nett, wenn man nicht alles aus der Nase ziehen muss.. (ich antworte übrigens nicht mehr auf standard “Hi” Antworten - dabei entstehen nie gute Konversationen, habe ich mittlerweile hier gelernt)

Selbst bin ich 27 Jahre alt! :) Und gerne auch bereit neues auszuprobieren.

I am sure you know what I mean. Everyone uses these for shorts for maximum retention, meanwhile I am stuck using the normal subtitles (Davinci calls it "Netflix" version) without any popping animation.

I cant imagine that they animate and colour every single subtitle word themselves right? Is there a way to automate this with the built-in subtitle tool (that creates subtitles automatically with AI)

i think the entire weapons-arsenal can be counted on 2 hands.

Garlic, Peachone, Knife, Axe, Bible, Lightning Ring and just a couple more

it would be cool if there were more weapons / more ways to deal damage.

Of course I am new to this game so it could be that I’m missing something (and I think I am - otherwise how are some people putting hundreds of hours into this thing)

They seem to have WAY more health and do more damage simultaneously by a decent chunk compared to other enemies. Is this a git gud / strong scenario or is there something I should know
