Earlier I was riding my bike and I was noticing higher numbers than expected reaching 210+ I seen 224 earlier while riding on the hw through a canyon like area any idea what it could be?

Just recently got the bike it didn’t make this hell another day but when I started it this morning, it had a knocking /tapping sound that went away overtime. Can someone please tell me what this is and hopefully it’s not that expensive. What does it sound like it could be
Had this on my eye for almost a year, is driving me crazy I’ve lost my confidence my pride. And I want it gone, but I hear that the surgery makes it worse. I don’t know what to do and I’m honestly losing a hope. When I went to the doctor, the doctor said that my gland are not blocked and are still working as they should be. This resulted from me getting hydraulic fluid sprayed in my eye a long time ago it turned into a chalazion or cyst and it went away and came back and it never went away after. I’ve never had these until the hydraulic fluid incident
It’s been here for a year from when it first started. I tried hot compressing and it decided to stay. I recently after a year of it being there went to a doctor and the doctor told me to keep hot compressing for 6 weeks with a steroid. he told me that we did the surgery route. I could develop scar tissue and I would still have a deformity so he told me to keep hot compressing. I am losing my mind because this is affecting my confidence in every way I can’t necessarily look at people in the eye to say because I get self-conscious. What can I do to get this off? My face for good open to anything at this point even cutting it out my self.
It was scabbed, they came off while I was eating & or in the shower & this is what I was left with yesterday, how much longer do I have left?
Well I’ve made peace with having it, I’m just curious to know what stage this is, and what can I do to speed this up? I’m taking acyclovir as instructed, might have started late though. I’ve been putting blistex on it so I’m not sure if this is weeping or if I’m in scabbing I noticed on one part I didn’t wet it like that and the yellow stuff broke off and made my lip bleed a tiny bit, didn’t hurt I’m just curious. I wish my ex’s were like this virus the way it’s gonna keep coming back. Also if anyone else is dealing with this, honestly it’s not so bad once you stop caring about what others think and understand that most people either have it or know someone who does, stay strong🦾
If this is the herp what stage am I in and how can I make this go away faster I’m already taking acylovir I just started today and ironically, these things just popped up today. I didn’t notice the same thing before or besides one, and I’ve honestly thought it was a canker sore honestly hoping that herp is all I have isn’t that bad when you considered if there’s other things out here that are worse. by the way, these things weren’t here yesterday. I only had one. I will include a picture of it at the end. It didn’t look like anything but a canker sore so I didn’t start when it popped up. Couldn’t have been anywhere wrong. The last 2 pics are when it 1st started it seems like whatever it is is spreading and getting worse,
I do have a bunch of canker sores on the inside of my mouth as well from tooth paste
Left lower lid has been like this for the last 2 months, I’ve been trying hot compress religiously, that has not worked, I’ve tried ice that hasn’t worked, I have tried antibacterial stuff dr from er gave me for it, that hasn’t worked
