Curb appeal and bank appraisal for HELOC

We’re getting a bank appraisal done (in Canada) for a HELOC, our yard is torn apart because we’re having landscaping done that won’t be done before the appraisal. How much of an impact will that have on the appraisal? It currently has zero curb appeal.

There’s a lot of little things that should be finished inside before they come but probably won’t have time and not sure what to prioritize. ADHD and anxiety has me going in circles.
Dog scratched up baseboards in a few visible places, transition strips need to be installed for flooring, a couple of holes in walls from hitting with furniture, bathroom vanity has a big ugly gap between the countertop and tiles, and the bathroom paint has surfactant leaching on the ceiling and walls so it all around looks disgusting. Also my walls in general look grungy and need a good scrub and there’s lots of clutter from moving elderly parents and trying to figure out what to do with extra stuff.

We have done quite a bit of work to the house since purchasing but worried all of these things will negatively affect it and I feel like a bank appraisal will be more harsh. 😩

New bra fit help - hurting armpit area

Okay deleted my last post and reposting since I think I got things figured out on here. haha

I just bought this bra today. Haven’t worn a proper bra in at least 5 years, just ill fitting bralettes so I feel like any bra is going to be uncomfortable but not sure if it should be like this? 🤷‍♀️ I’m a lot more flabbier than when I wore a bra before and used to have muscle tone. lol Went from 36G to 38G. So things will fit and feel different than I remember.
I wore it for about 15 minutes around the house and found the upper armpit part super uncomfortable. It left a red mark and feels irritated an hour later. Link to pictures in the comments. I can return for store credit if needed.
Bra is Wacoal wire free WA852336.

Jackery Explorer 500

I struggle at figuring out what my Jackery can power and for how long. Is there some sort of guide to that? I can’t seem to find anything. All I know is I can make 3 pots of coffee with my 5 cup coffee maker. lol

I’d like to use it for my sewing machine which is 72 watts but wondering if it’s worth packing everything up.

Sunscreen

Looking for sunscreen recommendations available in Canada. Spray would be preferred.

My husband and teen have been using Thinksport but my teen hates how hard it is to rub in and that it leaves him looking like a mime but I think that’s because it’s mineral sunscreen? I don’t know if it’s truly unscented but them wearing it doesn’t seem to cause reactions for me.

Yesterday I quickly grabbed some sunscreen for my teen at a small store and got some kids Ombrelle that said it’s fragrance free and didn’t smell it. It had such a strong smell that I wanted to throw him out along the highway. Even after he sweated a whole bunch yesterday and showered the smell of it on him is still overwhelming!

I’m the one with the allergies, my family just uses whatever I give them. lol However I haven’t been able to find any for myself that don’t cause a reaction; breathing, migraines, hives, etc. Plus I have sensory issues so struggle to wear it regardless. I will get my husband to lather me up so it’s at least not on my hands but I’m pretty much freaking out the whole time because it has such a gross feeling and I’m too aware of it on my skin. 🫠

My lawn and my patio made that’s made up of side walk blocks has heaved (I dunno if that’s the correct term) really bad over the past few years and now everything slopes towards my house and my neighbors really bad. The patio has become such a tripping hazard because it’s so out of sorts. We have a zero property line so the side of their house is in my yard. My lawn also has really high spots and low spots, there’s areas where water just pools and areas where grass won’t even grow. It’s all around in just all around terrible shape. I have perennial flowers along the front of the house with rocks placed in front of it as a border, the lawn is now much higher than the perennial garden, which I never water by the way.

I would like it to be flat again sloped towards the road how it should be and not have water pooling towards the foundations to potentially cause issues. My neighbours built his deck right against our house on the other side and caused leaked in the foundation on that side but that’s a whole other bag of worms.

Is my best bet to hire someone with a skid steer to just strip my lawn then have that hauled out and have dirt hauled in or something to get it graded? I can dig up and pot all of my perennials in the mean time. Ideally I’d just lay sod afterwards.

I just don’t even know where to start.
