First of all, I had no issues with vulvar itching for a long time. Weirdly enough this year. I suddenly started having an itchy vulva, I thought it would go away on its own... I consistently started getting scared because my discharge was somewhat fishy and grayish. So I went to get checked by the gyne.. After checking she gave me a prescription for antiprotozoals for the discharge and recommended me a vaginal wash for the itching. For a while, the itching stopped as well as the discharge.

Then probably after like a month the itchiness came back except for the discharge.

I am dreading the feeling and I don't know if I should try buying ointments but im planning to get checked again when i get my free time.

I want your take on this, if anyone has had similar experiences. Is it probably gonna get worse? Or anything?... Somewhat i really need a bit of assurance on my situation.
