I am extremely upset and stressed out, my payment has been reduced by £200 due to me missing ONE appointment, my work coach says that any video call appointments I can miss so im so angry that this has happened, how am I meant to live on £100 a month, im only 18 and cannot get a job im so upset and I dont know what to do
