BBC One, BBC Two & ITV are laggy/glitchy

Just got sky glass and 3 sky streaming pucks, the sky glass is fine, but on the 3 streaming pucks, BBC 1 and 2, and ITV channels are laggy and glitchy, all other channels are fine, apps are fine, just those three channels. Any idea how to fix this?
