Please help, Looking for affordable facelift revision specialists who can reverse a tight, bulky endoscopic midface lift

I am 6 months post-op from an endoscopic midface lift and brow lift, and I am looking for a surgeon who specializes in reversing unnatural lift tension and releasing tight internal stitches. And fixing the extra bulky fat graft.

My primary surgeon used a harsh vertical pull that forced my natural cheek fat pads straight up, bunching them into a wide, bulky, masculine shape. My skin feels artificially thick and wrapped too tight around the bone from trapped fluid. And too much fat grafting .

I also have two deep crater-like indents near the tail of my right eye and temple where the deep internal anchoring sutures were pinned too hard. On that same side, I am experiencing upper lip muscle/nerve weakness because of the extreme vertical tension.

Premium private surgeons in NYC or CA like Andrew Jacono, Ben Talei, Nayak are completely out of my budget right now. I need an affordable, highly skilled private reconstructive surgeon who knows how to enter the previous endoscopic paths, cut the tight internal stitches/scar bands, and drop the midface back down into a soft, thin-skinned, feminine line. my budget is around 40k .

Has anyone here had a successful endoscopic suture release or a tight midface lift reversed?

Who are the affordable, quiet revision specialists who focus purely on fixing facial tissue distortion rather than high-end marketing?

How long did it take for your skin to soften and your natural contours to return after your revision?

Please share your honest experiences, names of surgeons, and realistic pricing. Thank you so much.
