yung mga ganitong BCC na bus/ejeep, yung yellow are top tier. lagi akong bumibiyahe ng sss vill, and i’ve always had a positive experience with them.

they’re always in a good mood. mababait din sila sa passengers, they actually interact with you, and maayos sila makitungo. may babaeng conductor and yung payat na batang kundoktor na madalas kong nakikita, and sobrang bait nila. pag bababa ka, may “ingat ka, ma’am” and hindi bara-bara yung pagbaba.

i know these things are not the bare minimum, pero sa hirap ng buhay ngayon noh?
idk what it is about bcc as a company, pero I think maayos sila sa drivers nila.

47 day cycle

i’m on cycle day 47 and i’ve always been pretty regular, but i checked my period apps from last year and i actually had cycles that lasted 38 days, 42 days, and even 43 days before getting my period. so it’s not really a one-time thing, it happened last year too.
i stopped taking birth control about 2 months ago, and since then, it seems like my cycles are starting to get longer again. my last cycle was 33 days.
i had protected piv 22 days ago. the condom was intact the whole time, and we even did a water test afterward and it was okay. it was also a durable/reliable brand. i took a pregnancy test after 21 days and it was negative.

i was also thinking maybe it could be hormonal, especially since my parent has thyroid issues. i’ve always been pretty regular overall, and my cycles never really went up to 50 days before, so i’m just wondering what’s going on. i can’t really help feeling anxious about it. i was also recently on calorie deficit.

help. black spots on ramen meat

Hi! I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask this in, but I recently visited a small café in Metro Manila, PH 🇵🇭and tried their ramen. The ramen itself tasted pretty good and nothing bad happened to me afterward, but I noticed that the chashu/tonkatsu meat had small black to slightly brownish-black spots on it.
Note that it’s only $2 but it’s a very clean minimalist cafe setup.

I searched it up and saw that it could possibly just be oxidation, torching/searing marks, seasoning residue, or darker fat/connective tissue. The meat didn’t smell bad or taste spoiled at all, so I’m mostly just curious if this is normal or something I should actually be concerned about.

For context, I create food content, and I won’t be revealing the café name since it’s a very niche/small place and I don’t want to accidentally harm their reputation over something I might just be misunderstanding haha
