Looking to take out a larger personal loan, around 65k, for home renovations. HELOC is not an option- we’ve talked to a few banks. Curious as to who you guys have used and the rate / overall satisfaction. One of our contractors works with Greensky and it’s 10.99% APR, which doesn’t seem bad for what I’m seeing out there .. except their reviews. we have excellent credit so we are not worried about getting approved but I before taking out this much I’m trying to do as much research as possible! Hi all! Hoping someone can help me. We are looking to do a couple large projects around our house, siding, master bath and kitchen. We have enough cash to do one but would like to finance the others. With just buying this house a couple years ago we do not have enough equity to take out a larger loan. Has anyone taken out a home improvement loan for 50k+ and if so any recommendations on companies or who has the best rates? Thanks in advance!

I was told I couldn’t extend my lease by the dealer. Is this true and has anyone extended their lease before? I used to lease Toyotas and had no issue extending. TIA !
