Resistance is Futile

The important secret that got revealed in 2021 is
"Naked shorting is rampant"

And
When you push the right buttons, you'll get PAID. You can become Keith Gill, turning 40K to Millions.

That led idiots like me and millions of others to HODL
Otherwise we wouldn't HODL. We would have just SODL and gone away to other gambling options.

The problem with such a revelation - is that it doesn't go away
No matter what you do

No matter how many times you say we're fools and we are 99.9999% down

The cheaper you make, the more we buy

It won't go away.

Until Retail gets PAID or a decade passes by with no results. And even then people won't sell. It will NEVER end.

You had one shot in 2023 to destroy the company, and you failed.
Since then, Adam Aron raised 1.9B using dilution

And here we are; Shorts are in a deeper hole than ever

I've run the numbers using high end AIs models, and even they say there are atleast 2M APEs still HODLING. And these are the big cahunas. Atleast 50-80% of them have averaged down and keep doing so.

No more dilution required - period - based on 2026 and 2027 slate.

2028 is shaping up to be the biggest box office - and will probably beat 2018

500M shares are now held by institutions.

The excuse of "Oh we have to halt the stock because we don't have shares" doesn't work anymore.

Thats why you now see a slow ramp UP - without any halts. You can't make the standard MarketMaker excuse that shares aren't readily available. Poor Kentard.

You let the price run beyond 5.16 (approx), and the chart breaks to the upside for multiple years
You keep it low, and more people BUY MORE. Its ENDLESS. They keep BUYING.

What do you do, Jack, What do you do?

So we'll be here - till 2028. 2029. 2030.

We have to be correct only ONCE

Because that first revelation was SO BIG, it just won't go away.

Biggest August Ever coming up

3 years ago zoners were blabbering theatrical exhibitions were dead, and their crappy home theaters was where all the action was because Crapflix was all they needed

Now the narrative has changed to “Theaters aren’t dead, but AMC is”

Beta unit dug out some regarded stories about inflayyyyyyshunnnn

Uncle Bu shorted at $1 and hasn’t covered

Half of the sub is in a coma

Amcstock banned me because I said Ken Griffin is a rotten criminal 🤣🤣

Wondering what 2027 will bring to dumb zoners

People are discovering how shady reddit amczone is

This sub along with rotten moderator infested amcstock are probably on some Governance radar. Never assume you are completely anonymous.

Amcstock is probably the worse one. Moderators are completely sold out . Atleast amczone doesn’t pretend!

That must have been one of the zoners 🤣🤣🤣

Just wondering if it was Beaten Unit, or AtomSmasher. Or Uncle Bu 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Come on zoners, own up ! which of you fart-mouths was it?

Absolutely Smashed it out of the park

$AMC absolutely obliterated their 2nd best quarter in terms of Operating Income, which means their core business is making a lot of money. As their debt decreases which it is, their profits will only get bigger and bigger. Shorts are so screwed.

The Game Went Bigger

(Correcting my post - as the Debt Covenants are actually EBITDA based)

A youtuber (StockRetail) May have made an accurate realization of whats happening:

  1. The Debt Covenants on AMC require AMC to maintain a certain leverage ratio of Debt / EBITDA
  2. For example, if the debt is 3.9B, and EBITDA 390M, thats a ratio of 10.
  3. AMC's Current Debt/Ebitda ratio is 7.9x.
  4. Lenders may have stricter covenants. OR, if the ratio is improved, AMC pays lesser in interest.
  5. In that case, AMC has to reduce the debt directly.

That may be the reason for the last two dilutions. (Its conjecture, nothing confirmed. But sounds right).

  1. Today, AMC has a CCC+ Credit Rating But with lower debt, and more incoming cash from this year, it's rating will improve.
  2. With an improving credit rating, AMC can refinance the debt to lower rates, saving anywhere from 60M (rating of B-) - 225M (rating of BBB-) / year in interest payments.
  3. The ratings will improve over time. The next rung of rating from CCC- is B-. BBB- is a long way off - and requires very low debt.

Credits to StockRetail for this analysis. Its very good!

Pricing Level Total Leverage Ratio (Debt/EBITDA) Incremental Cash Rate Incremental PIK Rate
Level 1 ≥ 7.50x +1.50% +6.00%
Level 2 < 7.50x and ≥ 6.50x +2.375% +2.375%
Level 3 < 6.50x +4.00%

This means the leverage ratio does not trigger a default — instead, it raises or lowers AMC's interest rate on the Senior Secured Notes due 2029 . If Debt/EBITDA stays above 7.5x (AMC's current position is approximately 5.7x–6.4x depending on the metric used ), lenders extract more yield via PIK (payment-in-kind) interest. Below 6.5x, AMC pays a higher cash rate (4.00%) in exchange for no PIK toggle.

Happy Fathers Day to all Zoners

Really hoping their (i.e your) kids don’t turn out to be the Desicable , Pathetic, America hating predatory short selling enablers like their dads.

(PS: It may sound insulting, because it low key is; But you have to agree with me on this 😂)

Edit: Sounds like I struck a few nerves 😂😂😂😂
