Litigation help needed

Hello everyone I have been practicing with a senior who specializes in 138 Ni matters along with it he has a lot of other matters as well. I am getting confused with the procedures. I visit around 5 to 6 courts daily and almost have no idea what's going on in the case. My senior tells me what to do or say. I say that to the judge and most of the time it works but when the judge asks me questions I am blank and have no idea. I am building a wrong reputation in the courts and this is making me nervous and feeling very underconfident. My senior has a lot of matters and most of the times have no answers to my questions. What should I do? Are there certain things I should focus on more?? What are the things I need to ask my senior before appearing in the case?? Thanking everyone in advance for the replies...

Do you think Cameron green for hardik pandya is a bad deal...

For me I feel like Cameron green is a bit hyped and for the price he is playing I really don't have words for it. But hardik pandya is a match winner and with the right players and staff can be a excellent addition to the team. Not to mention there are questions regarding the availability of green in regards to the Odi and ashes and his workload management. Not to mention the Captaincy that we need so badly like.

Aibe related issue

Hello everyone just gave my Aibe exam on the 7th. I think I made a huge mistake. When filling up the answer sheet I asked what is the question paper booklet no to the invigilator. She said she doesnt know and asked me not to fill it. And in the end the whole of the exam hall panicked due to the question paper then the exam hall lights went out. I all this chaos the question paper booklet no I only filled the number but didn't Mark or circle the nos. The invigilator checked for the roll no centre no and the booklet code but not for the question paper booklet code. So the number is there but the marking is not. The invigilator checked and asked people who have not written the roll no or the booklet code but not for the question paper Booklet no. I don't know what to do I was told to mail Bci about this but wanted to know all of your thoughts.
