Met this German dude abroad and can’t tell where this is going?

Sorry if this is not the right subreddit for this.

Met a German guy off of dating app couple months ago in North America and we are still in talking phase. First of, he told me he thought he was asexual until 2 years ago, doesn’t flirt, if I flirt he wouldn’t notice it until I tell him directly that I’m flirting, rarely compliments me, idk how to approach this because I’m not sure if it’s our cultural difference that I’m not catching or it’s him? He’s also shying away from having any serious talk about what this is, I feel like I’m wanting this to be slightly faster because it’s been 5 months since we started talking. But he would routinely text me everyday, plan dates and show up more in person. We also started a long distance thing a month after we started talking because he found a job somewhere else but he’s visiting me like twice every month. I’m getting so many mixed signals, is it usually this slow at the beginning of dating in Germany as well?

Is adult 1 lesson enough to do recreational skating?

I (22F) have never skated before and wanna learn but the lessons are expensive so I was wondering if adult 1 lessons are enough to learn how to skate at public recreational sessions?

Is 2 months too early for internal transfer for new grad hire?

I’m very desperate to move teams because the work was very misrepresented when I interviewed for my current team. There’s an opening in a role that I want to work for, will I be in trouble if I slacked the manager for that role and will they let go of me for doing this. It is an engineering role. How should I approach this?

I just joined a team at a big company a month ago and i don’t like the type of work they do. Should I switch to a different team already?

Title. I saw the new job posting today and I’m wondering if I should talk to that manager or is this too early and she might tell my manager? But I have only been here for a month and idk if they might fire me for doing this….

I got into Stanford for MS but couldn’t attend, will they accept me again?

Title. I applied for engineering last year and got in but couldn’t attend because of financial reasons. I got a job this year and am saving up as much as possible for a masters. If I reapply will they consider my application differently or does this make things more difficult?

I hate my job as a new grad

It seems nothing like what they told me to be, I’m working on spreadsheet while I see the people sitting near me work on technical stuff that I wanna do. Idk how long I should wait and see if I could move to a different department. On top of that the only guy in my team keeps saying I’m taking over this department as lead in 6 months like what??

Domain 12 parking

I’m joining ibm at the domain 12 office in two weeks and I was wondering where the parking spot is because I won’t receive my badge until after I go into the office, can I get into the building parking without a badge?

They have such cheaper options and it’s very close to my workplace and domain. Which makes me skeptical, so can someone tell me how this community/neighborhood is?

I know this is probably not the right subreddit for this but I’m moving from out of state to Austin very soon and really need to find a place that’s around 1200-1300 for two bedroom. How is the neighborhood around this and how’s this apartment in general?

I know the software engineering track could be done like that since it’s professional ms but there’s not much info about ACSES track on the website, but has anyone done it or seen someone do it?
