Anyone else with multiple Transit vans struggle keeping maintenance history organized
Im running a few Transit vans for work now and something i didnt expect to become annoying this fast was keeping maintenance history straight between all of them
nothing major has happened yet, but ive definitely had moments where i stop and think:
“wait, which van already had brake work done?”
or
“did i already change fluids on this one recently or am i mixing it up with another van?”
the problem isnt that im not tracking stuff at all
its more that everything ends up scattered between receipts, notes, texts, and random reminders
with one van it was manageable
with multiple vans it starts becoming surprisingly easy to lose visibility on smaller things
ive been trying fleetomni as a simpler setup to keep everything easier to follow in one place lately and honestly its made me realize how much mental bandwidth gets wasted just trying to remember basic maintenance history
curious how other Transit owners or small fleet people here handle this stuff once the number of vehicles starts growing a bit
