What should I work on more?
Been doing this for...maybe 2 weeks 😅 What are some areas I should focus on improving, if any? I know in a few spots I got outside the lines, and had some bleed trough, also wood grain in last photo isn't my best 😅

I'm 4 pages deep and *I get it.* It really is as rewarding and satisfying as the videos make it seem😭
Second attempt! I had an inspo picture, tried shadows, white pen, and the sunset 🫣 I'm kinda proud
Okay. Be so forreal. Why do nf keep their house so damn warm? Your home is 82 fucking degrees while I'm watching your child who hates being put down, dripping sweat, and it's literally 85 outside.
You're sitting in your office...telling me that you're cold as I'm actively wiping sweat off of my face.
I've chugged 3 water bottles, sweated through my tank top, and have to constantly be moving to keep your child happy. I feel like I've earned the privilege to be the one who controls the AC. This feels inhumane. It's not but I'm sweaty, gross, and have to contact nap 😮💨
I just feel like I shouldn't have to dread coming inside after a walk because I won't get relief from the heat. Please turn this shit down to 70 at the least 😭
Seriously when my recommended song is "Icky Sticky" I should no longer be paying for my Spotify 💀 This shit needs to be a monthly stipend if your gremlin cries if I have music I enjoy on.
Seriously I'm kidding...but it would be nice
How can i improve or what do i try next time? I know i colored outside the lines and accidentally did the floor two shades 🫣
EDIT: I had 3 more nosebleeds exactly like this, went to the ER where 4 blood clots got sucked out and I was told it's normal and my nose looks great 💀💀
ORIGINAL POST: Well, this morning has been eventful. *Before I start, I already spoke with my surgeon and have been told this is normal(?!?!?!?)*
Today marks my 12th day post-op for my septoplasty. My septum was the worst my surgeon had ever seen. Basically one side collapsed on the other side, completely closing it, and began to calcify into a bone connecting to my skull. My 40min surgery was 2.5hrs. My surgeon immediately scheduled me for a post op visit every week for the first month because of how bad it was.
Anyway! This morning I woke up because I could stop coughing, I felt feeling like something was running down my throat. I tried rolling to see if it was how I was sleeping, then my nose began to run so I reach up an grab a tissue... then I feel my nose begin to pour... and I look down and i had soaked through three tissues with bright red blood. Mind you, I have never in my life had a nose bleed/bloody nose. Never.
So I scream for my husband because what is happening to me. He rushes me to the bathroom where I began coughing up blood into sink with blood streaming down my face from both nostrils, he grabs me a washcloth that by the end I soaked through. The entire time my husband is googling if we need to go to the ER. After 10min it FINALLY slows to a gentle trickle, I get afrin in my nose and call the emergency ENT line since they're still closed...
All to be told it was completely normal, and they're surprised it didn't happen sooner. What? Why does no one prepare you for this? I had to wait until horror movie monday to find out?!
I was having such a easy recovery too, about to go back to work. Now I'm effectively traumatized. Someone please tell me I'm not alone
Hi all!
I am incredibly new to this, like my husband just showed me the ropes and I caught my first fish today(!!). Issue? I cannot hurt the worms.
To explain, my husband loves bobber fishing, I love trying new things, so we got myself a fishing pole and figured we would have me finally try it! We never thought once about my violent fear of all insect, my intense empathy for living things, or how much I would hate putting things on the hook. So the entire time he's putting bait on his hook...and mine...at a very lively pond. I'm talking one of us cast, he would set up the other pole, and the original one was already needing more.
I want to keep trying this, but make it more enjoyable for both of us. So what suggestions do we have for what I could use as bait that isn't an alive (or dead) insect, worm, minnow...etc, and would work for bobber fishing?
Please be kind, I’m simply a city girl who didn’t grow up with this stuff, trying to learn so I can be part of my country husband’s favorite hobby.
EDIT TO ADD Located in the US, Wisco. Just catching and releasing, bluegills, sunfish, and bass!
I have my surgery next Wednesday(!!!!), what are some important questions to make my husband ask after my surgery?
I have no idea where to start. Also any tips on what I should buy beforehand is appreciated!
I already have a wedge pillow for sleeping, all of the drinks and soft foods, and piercing retainers.
Thank you!!
