Got over my stage fright and jumped in on this 1st page of my alcohol ink coloring journey!

Any tips?

I read so many good suggestions for the flowers! I had a hard time choosing xD but in the end I went for a more cohesive look, making them yellow/green/orange and added some speckles :) i really like it! But shout out to the idea to make them like a wine red/grape color, think that would've been cool too!

This is my first post on here, I’ve been enjoying this hobby and this specific book for the season! I get a lot of inspiration from here.

Hi everyone! This is the first time im coloring. What markers do you recommend? I bought Crayola supertips…

Colored my first page and I’m hooked! So far I found I like alcohol markers better than acrylic and that this hobby is quickly becoming an obsession!!

New to coloring, this is my third piece. Still learning techniques so I prefer to follow an already established color palette/patterns. I find that makes decision making easier and keeps the coloring relaxing. Ohuhu cozy collection markers and a few of my Ohuhu cheapy art markers (the thin cheaper ones from amazon) as well as colored pencil and gel pen.

i coloured this with a black ohuhu marker, white uniball pen and a white crayola crayon 💌

swipe to see before i coloured, the page got a bleed through when i coloured a previous page. i didn't know how i could colour the page until i saw the post in the third slide, where i got the idea to colour it all back and add some white !!
