Help what am i supposed to do

So I managed to get my hands on my sibo breath test results I have already tried doxycycline hyclate and xifafan (not together) i also have minimal chronic gastritis with no active inflammation so I'm afraid of trying herbal or antimicrobial protocols in fear of triggering my gastritis. I read the side effects of neomycin and I'm afraid of trying it. metronidazole isn't tolerated. I have Medical trauma from Reglan. Miralax/stool softeners/laxatives/Magnesium Oxide and Citrate flare up my symptoms. I'm at a loss the pain is unbearable. i also have food sensory and texture issues. I also don't know what caused this either. if i had to guess it probably started after i got a bacterial/viral infection last year

I don't know if this could be mcas or not

For context for a year and a half i have abdominal pain/cramping/nausea/weight loss/fluctuating sweats and chills/changes in bowel movements and fatigue.I have gotten ct scans x rays and a mra all which were normal. I've also gotten a endoscopy and colonoscopy. My endoscopy revealed minimal inflammation of the stomach. I tried ppis but I didn't ptovide any real relief for me. I've also gotten stool samples and they were normal. Same with blood work a quick Google search led me to mcas but idk. Afraid to try medications due to side effects. Idk want to do I'm suffering
