From 3-4 months i am suffering from health anxiety and on june 10 i got frequent panic attacks for 4-5 days
After that i feel depersonalisation or derealisation
Another thing which making me more panic is loss of touch sensation on june 23 i dont even feel pinch on my whole body
But now it is improving but not fully my forehead and head still feels 30% numb now i can feel pinch and touch almost 90% but i feel headache pain only 40-50% pain whenver headache happens everything feels like dream not reality anyone have this issue?
