I bought mw2 digital standerd edition but i wanna upgrade to vault edition and i can't find it anywhere, not in the mw2 store and not in the ps store. I tryed asking google and didn't get a clear answer. Im i still able ti buy the vault edition or am i completely locked out of it?

I tryed downloading mw2019 recently and everything seemed alright, the disc didn't look scratched and the game was downloading normally but when it got to 100% it just kept downloading, going way past its gb requirement and i tryed booting up the game but i was just stuck on the main screen. I tryed redownloading it, restarting my console and just downloading my old save data but nothing worked. Idk if this is a commen glitch or im have somehow damaged it but if someone does know the reason please tell me
