Hello all. This may be a silly question, but how do you all classify a game's play status as paused vs. dropped? Is a dropped game you put down and will NEVER come back to? Is it a paused game you've put down for a certain amount of time? Alternatively, how long do you not play a game before you consider it "paused"?
As most of you know, Dead Space 2 on PlayStation 3 is plastered with the "limited edition" branding. This is the case for the box art, spine, disc, even the manual! Well I'm here to tell you that a black label, vanilla copy of the game omitting the LE branding exists, and I can't find much other info on it online.
I bought this specific copy on eBay back in February after searching for months. It includes the "demo" for DS Extraction on the disc, but the whole package looks much, MUCH cleaner without the obnoxious LE marks everywhere.
Hello all! I just received an SD2SP2 Pro for my Gamecube thinking that would be all I need to boot into Swiss. Little did I know it's much more involved. I fell into a little bit of a rabbit hole and discovered the various ways of booting into Swiss and modding the Gamecube. I believe the save game exploit will work best for me, and on top of that my ODD is chipped with a Xeno chip!
Knowing this, I want to burn a backup copy of Wind Waker onto one of these discs in order to boot into Swiss. Would the attached mini DVD-R's work for backups? Am I tackling this the wrong way? If there's an easier way to boot into Swiss then by all means I will go that route. Thank you for reading!
This game has been on my radar for about 5 years and I finally decided to bite the bullet due to the store shutting down. Man did I make the right call, 3 hours in and I'm loving it so far! This game has the level design of X-Men Origins with combat similar to Batman Arkham. Cap is voiced by Chris Evans and the graphics are near PS4 level. Definitely the best of the MCU tie-in games, I highly recommend!
Cancelled my PS Plus essential (only had it to play online), removed payment methods, and unfollowed all of their socials. Putting a hard ban on buying digital games, DLC, micro transactions, GTA 6, Wolverine, spider-man brand new day and whatever else Sony is coming out with.
Doubling down on buying physical games before they balloon in price. I just recently picked up Darksiders Warmastered edition for PS5 and Lies of P. Tell me anything I missed.
Guess it's time to scoop up the rest of the physical games I've been eyeing out before prices skyrocket...
I just recently moved into my first apartment and laid out my monthly expenses in the attached picture. Are there any ways I can lower these bills in any capacity? I live in New York State and am on a 10 year repayment plan both for my federal loans and private loans (which are through parent plus). The private loans are killing me and my parents refuse to help in any sort of capacity.
$521 after bills is a little too close to paycheck to paycheck for my liking, especially considering how expensive gas and groceries have gotten. I'm planning on getting a roommate to cut the rent/utility/Internet Bill in 1/2 and I do qualify for PSLF which I'm looking into. I'm not exactly sure how PSLF works if I'm already on a 10 year plan, so any insight would be appreciated!
