I’m a 68 year old woman who has a decent income and I’m looking for a nice apartment or townhouse in a very safe and quiet area at an affordable rent. I have a small, clean, quiet dog (she’s 16), and there must be ensuite laundry and air conditioning. I cannot deal with a huge amount of stairs because I have to carry my dog in and out. I would preferably like to be about $1700./mo.
