What do you guys think about recently launched Pathao Commerce? Value for money or not? Too complicated/complex with lots of features?

What do you think an ideal solution like Pathao Commerce should have and should not have?

Something I keep hearing from sellers who ship through third-party couriers: you pack the order, hand it off, and then it just... disappears into a black hole.

No update. No tracking that actually means anything. You find out something went wrong only when a customer messages you three days later asking where their order is — and you have literally nothing to tell them, because you don't know either.

So you end up calling the courier, waiting on hold, hoping someone can tell you if it's "out for delivery," stuck at a hub, or just lost. Meanwhile the customer thinks you're ignoring them.

I'm curious how common this actually is. If you sell through a third-party delivery/courier service:

• Do you have any real visibility after handoff, or is it a black box until the customer complains?
• What do you currently do when a customer asks "where's my order" and you don't know either?
• Has a package ever gone missing between handoff and delivery, and how did you even find out?

Genuinely trying to understand how bad this problem is before I build anything around it.
