Office planning and restructuring

This is what architect suggested.

My main focus is my developer room

And other thing is we want to reuse the tables and every possible furniture in this office from my past office as I have tight budget

I will not promote...Every investor says 'too early' to invest. is it really???

Registered in October, building full-time since, zero outside funding. So far: 13,000+ users, 279 bookings, grew from 1 to 60 cities, 300+ verified listings, 75,000+ Android installs, 25,000+ iOS installs, ₹11L (\~$11.6K) revenue on ₹26L (\~$27.5K) GMV from oct 2025 to jun 2026. Trying to raise ₹1.9Cr–₹4.7Cr (\~$200K–$500K) for 5–15% equity, and every investor meeting (3 offline meetings) and cold application gives the same line(8-9 whatsapp msgs and linkedin messages from individual founders and investors): too early. What I actually need input on:

(1) is "too early" accurate at this stage given these numbers, or is my ask/equity range the real issue,

(2) should I stop chasing funding and just bootstrap even if that means moving slower, or

(3) if the ask itself is wrong, what range or structure would actually land right now?

Home elivation suggestion

Tldr

SUGGEST SOME ELIVATION FOR THIS NOT BASED ON THE FIRST PHOTO THAT IS A/B that will be converted to A/A

I'm confused so

The project we have is

A/A not A/B

So both A / A has the door from right side and because of that we are not fitting in elivation

So this is exceptional 2 A/A as rest of other houses is ground floor with outside stairs

But this two has the inside stairs

And the both did not followed A/B like others

Now what type of elivation is best for

The first photo seems A/B but we will break the wall of the left side and make the same as right side as he wants like that

As whole house is built on A/A and he don't want that A/B for elivation purpose

He has valid reason the left on because of he follows the A/B his inside view will be completed different and has flaws

So as his whole house is built on A/A he should foow A/A on elivation too

This both house has the same entry gate like A/A not A/B

Also the front has the balcony of 3ft and the wall you seeing is only one side and there is no door and have wide long open window like the flats like 7 ft window

Totla home is 12\*40
