How in the ever loving **** do I install update 25H2?

I have been trying for weeks now to update to 25H2 and it ALWAYS fails. I have tried the troubleshooter and get "Windows 11, version 25H2 this update couldn't be installed, but we'll try again later. I have tried by downloading the ISO and trying that way. I get "0xC1900101 - 0x40017 The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation".

Please help.

With the cost of gas these days, I'm glad I bought my 24 Elantra.

I self host a Plex server. While it 'works' on T-Mobile 5G home internet, it can take a few tries for it to connect. I see that the FX4100 has port forwarding which should make it easier to connect. As a residential customer, can I get the FX4100?

I'm wanting to gain access to the wiring behind this, specifically the USB-A port. Has anybody removed this and if so how did you go about it?
