Playing without Game Sound has really helped me.

I still get a little ladder anxiety in 1v1 from time to time. I go between Random and Terran.

Recently ive had the all game sounds off and Ive just been listening a radio show or something. Basically something where its just one or two other people talking about something i have interest in. In a clam setting with no music or commercials.

I just look at the game, plan a little and react. I tend to focus a lot more on the mini map because of this.

No game sounds and no warning sounds YOUR BASE IS UNDER ATTACK! over and over.

Ive been winning a lot. Its helped me not think about anything and the radio talk show just drowns out everything.

Recommend trying.

Air Upgrades for Mutas

Hello. 3300 MMR Zerg here.

I was a 100% Zerg player for WOL and HOTS. Now in 2026 coming back to the game, ive been all over the place with races as things are a little different.

Anyways..

I was messing with zerg last night having some fun and today with muta builds. I played a lot of Ling/bane/muta back in the day. I used to always get +1attack with the mutas. Obviously you don't want to get hit with them and just harass.

I want to play mutas in my matchups right now.

I took 2 individual hits from a thor each and they all just died. I was kinda like... 'well oh damn, umm ok' I was kinda shocked. He had plus 1 attack.

In ZvT do I just go for +1carapace +1attack +2carapace +2attack in that order? Or +1+2Carapace then +1attack?

for other matchups id like some thoughts please.

Thank you Swarm.

Staying together

I don't know why im posting this, hopefully it can help someone.

My Terran MMR is 3100 at moment. Ive played all the races zerg being the most and protoss 2nd.

But man I tell ya'll. Terran requires so much focus looking at the army at all times when moving out. You really have to make sure your hotkeys are set up for buildings and camera locations so your eyes don't leave you army, including engineering bays and armory on 0 or something.

When you move out or heading home. Do not take your eyes off your army.

Also rally units to army is just a terrible idea. Send a group out CTRL 1 and build up the next wave at home. When Im moving across the map i try to keep them in a ball as much as i can, go around a corner, army split in 2 and trouble can happen so fast.

Terran is a completely different animal and i love it.

Ive lost a lot of games recently and its kinda frustrating, but when i really look at my replays my army control whether 20 supply or 50 always does something stupid that is just detrimental. Very unforgiving.

Terran Fighting.

Help in this step process.

I do not want to ever touch this bathroom again. So it needs to be done right.

Bathroom is not that big. It has no windows. The only air out is a ceiling exhaust fan.

This whole thing started when i noticed the popcorn ceiling was peeling.|

So the ceiling is drywall as you can see.

The walls however were painted this ugly peach color over what was there before selling when I bought it. The paints themselves feel completely different. It does peel off but then it doesn't, then it does, then its doesn't. Very tedious. Its clearly a cheap fast turn and burn job.

So today im like screw orange peel and all this.

Someone in the fields said 'you can cover up a lot with mud'

I'm going to skim coat all the walls and the ceiling.
Then primer it.
Then paint it.

Can this work? due to small bathroom moisture.

The final color for the bathroom will be a light blue of some kind.

I can do a good job, I just want to do a correct job.

Thank you.

I'm Finally a gym guy.

Took almost 39 years, closing in on 40 which im excited for. I'm in decent shape, but very weak in others. My strength has always been agility and speed. 5'9 170 in my birthday suit. Low body fat from eating 80% carnivore. So im doing good. Lots of life lessons. Alcohol free of 20 months.

Had two disc's slip in 12-12-24. I recovered by laying on my back for a month strait, living alone mind you. Not fun lol. Then just recently had a small injury in that area from work. I am 100% convinced both injury's would not have happened if I had muscle strength. Too much time to think and go over everything.

SO now I just quit my job which is a bummer. However I feel stronger than ever, and ive barely got started. So I have about 10 exercises right now. Got my bands. Got my own place. I'm safe. I am so focused right now, it feels AWESOME. Ive never benched my weight. So I got some goals on my white board. Just ordered a pair of 45lb plates. Im really excited.

Im doing low weight and high reps with everything right now to make sure my form is 100% on point. I will climb as needed. Not here to impress. Results will show. 🔥

Thanks for reading. Have a blessed day everyone.
