I've been using Phoenix and was happy enough. I've had 3 issues i accepted it the first time with a small discount. I sucked it up as I really didn't want the watch its functions had been clearly stated as completely operational but it was not (this is the Yatchman ll the countdown timer doesn't function).
He then did the identical thing again with another watch.
That combined with a day date where the band is too short for my wrist and he charged me $90 for a link so I could wear it.
I have bought 20 watches from him easily.
I'm looking for recommendations on who to move too. Please don't say the approved td list as it is not updated and some of the td's are worse than my current supplier.
